It's going to take a very long time to get through this guide as I'm starting from scratch myself. If you have any information that I am missing please let me know. Some of the lower levels may now be incorrect due to the changes recently put in place. Please let me know where it's now wrong.

Here you will find information on how to advance through the levels.
