Hi Dolls, Manga- and Animefans and Cosplayer!

I am planning to do a Cosplay- Duell- Contest.

What´s that?
Well, it is a style-contest with cosplay-themes in each round! Each of you, get in each round a theme (a Animecharacter, or a ability for example)

How does it work?
In every round, two of you be direct opponents, that mean, just one of thees both will come into the next round.
I need 16 participatants, who are really passioned for this contest. I bring you into an order with a princip of coincidense. You write to me per pm a number between 1-16, if your number is given to someone else, i write to please you, to choose a new one, till all 16 are given out.
Then the contest starts. It has 4 rounds. Every round has 2 weeks time for costume your doll into the theme I give you.
You are ready? Write here in board or to me with private massege, so i will take a screensnap of your doll in costum. The better one in this duells, will come into the next round.
In the last round, the winners of round 3 will "fight" for first and second place AND the "Loosers" of round 3 will "fight" for place 3 and 4.
IMPORTANT
Stay in your costum till i wrote you, that i took the snap! If i snap the wrong outfit, YOU will take the consequenses!

How do I know, I am in next round?
I stay the snap of the winner here in forum.

What can I win?
1st. Place: 50 Doll- and Loftvotes, a certification, 3 month on my page with link
2nd. Place: 24 Doll- and Loftvotes, a certification, 1 Month on my page with link
3rd. Place: 16 Doll- and Loftvotes, a certification, 1 month on my page
4th. Place: 6 Doll- and Loftvotes
Rest: 2+

RULES

- no begging
- no abusing
- no copiing the others
- participate with the doll, which should earn the prizes
- !!!not using the given outfits from the store!!!!
- while the contest the participants get no votes from the jury
- also stay with rules of omd, board and rules for Contests&clubs-section

I would like to enter with an Alt. that i recently created. It is called Brooke-NeonHeavenly though i haven't dressed it yet. I am a bit confused with the number choosing through 1-16 thing.
Do we pick or make a character from both anime and manga or just one?

Before i fill the rest out I need some answers please. I am confused.
Do we make up a charcter or use one from an anime?
Aren't anime and manga the same thing? Or Manga are japanese comics and anime is Japanese animation so do we choose one from both or just one to use?
What if the character we are cosplaying doesn't exactly Have an element.
Colour? Like the color of the outfit or do you want us to describe the appearance of the Character?

okey one after one ^-^

the numbers 1-16 are to choose for your place under the 16 participants, to build the pairs for the cosplay-duells. 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6 and so on.

you give the name of the doll, which participate and should get the win after the contest.

the questions are a little orientation for me for giving your themes in the rounds. which character you use in the rounds will be given from me or choose by you for example, when your task wold be: "Costume your doll into a anime-hero with the element water". by he way, it don´t has to be a anime-girl ;)

Anime are the filmversion. manga are drawed. Sometimes manga and anime are different. or their are animes, that don´t based on mangas. in one anime, you prefer this chara, in the manga of it another. that´s why i seperated. you also could write anywhere the same =)

It could be, that i give you the task: "Costume your doll as a chara from sailor moon with the elemnt water" that could be mercure, neptune or fisheye for example. you are in every round someone else.

take really your favorite colour. as i wrote, it´s someting for me, to have it easier to give anyone of the participants their own theme. in colour it could maybe be: "costume your doll into a anime-chara with green clothes".
