The dress is really cute. Wish her hair wasn't over the top of it so we could better see how the flag looks. (But I think the wrist flower looks a little too much like a flower we got as a prize.)

The way I am reading this, purchases using Fee'z give you an opportunity to:
1) Have your purchase price reimbursed AND
2) Win the exclusive Olympic dress.

Meaning lucky players will receive both rewards... but most players will receive neither bonus. The News header highlights the reimbursement, and the dress is only a brief mention later in the post... so I want to make certain that I understand the offer correctly. Can anyone verify this?

I'm a bit confused since the normal Fee'z "Dress Up" weekend offers given everyone who purchases a certain amount of Fee'z the bonus dress ( some recent offers: http://us.ohmydollz.com/board/viewtopic.php?id=5665 and http://us.ohmydollz.com/board/viewtopic.php?id=5391 ). I realize these are slightly different promotions (spending Fee'z vs. buying Fee'z), so I would appreciate any clarification.

Unfortunately, the GM is now gone for the weekend. By the time she returns, it will be too late to clarify anything with her.

After reading the post several times, I personally agree with your interpretation. (see below)

Of course, as I can not confirm this with the GM, I am only 99% certain we have both interpreted it correctly (instead of being 100% certain.)

I apologize that I cannot give you a 100% guarantee that we are both right.

I can confirm it 100% as it's already happened to me. You get both the dress and the reimbursement.

I had to purchase $$$ five times before it happened. So the more you buy the more chance you have of getting it. Since it is down to chance you might be really unlucky and not have it happen but 1 in 12 is not bad odds at all.

Edit: I can also confirm that it can happen more than once on the same account.
