It's an app for trading cards. They give one free card everyday and you can buy more with the virtual money that they have.
When you get a number of certain cards, you get a reward that will be put in your loft.
The "free OMDollars" they are talking about aren't the $$$ that is used for site. It's for the app so that people can "buy" more trading cards.

seriously, steve jobs is DEAD, ios get FEWER users than android, apple devices are FAR more expensive, ios only works on apple devices while android works on ANY portable touchscreen device...

WHY ON EARTH DO GAME DEVELOPERS ONLY THINK OF APPLE!?

/AGREE!! Apple is rubbish. Android devices are much better (I should know, I work for a mobile network in customer services/tech support & have to fix more iPhone problems then I do Android)

So again Feerik/Sarah... why never for Android users, when there are possibly more people in the world who have an Android device then do Apple devices...nrv

I have an iPod Touch, and had installed this application last year. I don't have anyone to bump Apple products together for trading lol.

@angelfire Wow, I didn't know any of what you had mentioned. SO, free items as in to be rewarded to this site?

@rosered86 I think you may need Facebook. It asked me to sign in with it. Not sure if it is a requirement just to play.

@Princesstoya - Yes. They have this reward list letting you know which cards you have to obtain in order to get each prize. I still don't know how that works though because you don't log in with your OMD account and I haven't gotten the cards for the prize :)

No, you do'nt necessarily need a Facebook account. To exchange cards with your friends you either need them to be with you so you can bump your phones but if they are not, you do need a Facebook account to transfer cards from one account to another.

sounds more convenient for those whose friends (in real life) either don't have OMD accounts or access to the app because it's for apple only and all of that person's friends (in real life) who play OMD use android and Feerik doesn't care about them at all...

Once you have all the cards for a reward, you'll see "Ready for unlocking!" Tap unlock and it will ask: "Which OhMyDollz site do you use?" Pick one and type in the doll's name you would like for the reward to be granted to. It only allows for one collecting of each set of rewards.

pleur My itouch is a really early version that can't support ios 4.3 so I can't get the app. Still, it looks like a cool idea. =)

Some of you are gonna be disappointed but this appli only works under IOS. I'll let you know if I have news concerning a release for Android users.

I wish this app was for every device.I dont have a phone.Just an old ipod touch. A 2nd Generation.It sucks when it only uses IOS. aomd_blase
