Do you mean making outfits or something else (e.g. signatures, page designs, CG art)?

So it is about making outfits?
They're quite simple really. You just press that Print screen button sys then paste it into paint. Crop it, then draw on your outfit :)
Or if you use Gimp or Photoshop you can just paste outfits from other websites. ;)

Someone posted blank doll bodies. I just filled in white for the skin areas i didn't need and then printed. I'm currently drawing an outfit by hand on the body template.
