As for your problem - When you flirt it tells you to buy certain items including hair. If you had hair from the makeover section and did a flirt most likely that hair is gone. But you can get it back by looking in the makeover section. But you will have to re-purchase it again.    We don't know what hair you had when you started. So it's kinda hard to help.

Also moving this to the correct forum.

Think of the makeover section as a beauty salon. You go and get your make up done and your hair cut. You don't get to keep your original hair, you just a get a new style.
