Where Is A Preppy/Girly Store?
Like.I Know,Valie's Is Like A Goth Store..So.Where Is The Preppy/Girly Type Store?

A lot of the shops carry different styles of clothing, so ya kinda have to browse through them to find things you want :)

The stores aren't really based on stuff like that.
Tia, Okuan and all the others are shops that players make. What they make is not based on anything (e.g. rock, geeky, etc). The outfits they made are outfits that they want to make.
The Playa, Garden, Fall Store and the other shops are shops that are based on seasons and stuff like that.
Basically, you'll have to go and look at the items of each store and pick which one has the items that are similar to 'preppy/girly'.

As you said, they're 'stereotyped' when they are in fact just a simple clothing store that has their own style.

Nope. SOME players BY INVITATION have been able to make stores. They displayed their art in a section of the French game. Feerik picked the ones they liked.
