This is what I have learned about getting feez for text messaging. When you order them through a text message they will send you a code. If you do not enter that code with in the first 3 minutes you will not be awarded your feez. But it doesn't charge your phone. If you want to make sure call the number that comes along with the text message and see if they have charged you. I had that same problem until I called myself to find out what was going on.

I bought feez for the first time but I only received 800 instead of the promised 1040. When I was selecting that option it said that I will get 800 + 240 extra, with a total of 1040. What happened next was so disappointing and upsetting that it made me regret spending money on the game at all.
I submitted a ticket to Feerik but haven't heard from them yet (other than automated confirmation that they received my message).

I'm sorry, what "code"? I haven't received any codes on my cell - all I was asked to do is reply 'Y'. The instructions on this site do not mention any "codes" either. I quote the instructions:
"How does Paymo work?
Paymo is quick and easy to use:
* Enter mobile number
* Receive text message confirmation
* Reply as instructed to confirm
Charges will be made on your wireless bill or deducted from your prepaid account. It's that simple - no bank account or credit card needed. We don't even ask for financial details."
Well I haven't received any Feez and no further confirmation. It is frustrating to do perfectly as you are instructed and be faced with complications. I wish I hadn't used this service.

Well when I purchase feez it requires me to put in the zip code for where the bill is received, then it will send a four digit code/pin for me to enter on to the doll site to finish my transaction. It could be different for other countries/states.

I purchase fee'z and I get the wrong code from paymo so I lost my fee'z. I already claim to feerik but I didn't get my fee'z
