Allright, so I checked the previous shows and apparently ribbonheart never won the first prize, she only got second both times.

The rules state that "Once you have won the OhMyLoft Contest or Fashion Show you cannot participate during 6 months."
So everything is as it's supposed to be

I was just about to post that haha. Then didn't she win second place in another fashion show after that and then first in this one?

yeah I found the post and she did so she has gotten two wins (a first and second) after winning in december when she shouldn't have entered for six months.

  Okay... I'm going to cut to the chase, in the long-winded fashion which I am known for :P  I do make every effort to be precise and factual when posting a reply (sorry)!  For the record, with links to document the problem:

5) The question of whether or not there IS a glitch allowing previous winners to enter has yet to be answered, so... that seems easy enough to find out!  My alternate account, lady-hawke, recently won 1st place (Insects - October 7, 2013)...http://us.ohmydollz.com/board/viewtopic.php?id=8603
... and should, therefore, be ineligible to participate in any Fashion Shows until after April 7, 2014.  I decided to see if I could enter this doll in the current Cro-Magnon contest... the result?

  It was a gallant effort (after all, she is a lady :P)... but it's not easy being a Prehistoric Princess!  Now, before you laugh... remember the point of the exercise was to see if there is, indeed, a glitch in the Fashion Show.  The answer, which came at a considerable amount of time & effort, appears below:



There does appear to be a bug... but, bug or not, this situation would not have occurred if the rules had been followed.  In each of my previous posts, I have made every effort not to point out anyone specifically... but the actions of the player in question, and the subsequent discussions on the Board, have made that pretty unavoidable now *sigh*

I broke two rules in an effort to provide an answer:

1) I should not have entered, having previously won 1st place within the last 6 months.
2) I "hid" the required Amethyst pre-requisite, having no interest in spending money to test my theory.

  I do hope that, in light of the intention and the outcome, mods will be willing to overlook my transgression... and, of course, disqualify my paltry entry effort.  Cavewoman Couture is not exactly classic princess apparel :P

This has been going on for a while. I've concocted a list with all the players that have won the fashion show within the last six months.
6 months ago from now is the beginning of September 2013.

We've had 12 fashion shows all together in the last 6 months and 4 KNOWN haven't gotten their money. 2 of whom I have seen in the "Magical Dollz" show.

thanks n0regrets!, I was trying to go back and look too-her name just turns up soooo much it had to be.

Neither I or any of my dollz have ever won 1st place in fashion,  but many in Loft.  I'm going to post past LOFT winners in an appropriate LOFT thread if you want to look for it

I'm not sure if anyone knows this or if this is aloud but the other two dolls, in second and third, are both owned by the same person.

It also seems to be a common theme in people not receiving any prize money for some reason. There seems to be soo many bugs with the fashion show and nothing is done.
