(Ok so the Match Banquets are not held necessarily on the same night for every province but it is possible, it could happen- in this case it did. Also, the people from their own provinces attend their own Match Banquets in City Hall (different province, different people, different city hall but same concept). We will meet by the rebellion (refer to the post on page 2.)) ~

--(After the Match Banquets are over, they all go home and go to sleep or whatever. Half a day later, they are taking the air train to get home (from school/work) and it stops suddenly because the Rising has taken over. OR there are separate trains and they ALL stop working and the Rising officers come and take a select group of people (our characters) on an air ship to the rebellion and THAT is how we meet. Second suggestion makes more sense.))

(( Also, why would the rising take a select group and what would happen during that phase? Is it just like keeping people hostage because some of the people aren't for the rising.
We could also do a rebellion type thing that gradually comes up rather than have it at once. Especially since we should get to know our setting as none of us have read the book
We have a lot of characters so they could all still be in different provinces and some would be in the same ones. ))

((GUYS ?!Geez  why don't you just change the characters province so they all come from the same place?! AND after the banquet which will be attended by all because they are all in the same city we go on with Subway's plan with the rising and trains. And after we get this started with those characters from the same province you can make other ones from ...other places ... but if we wanna start this we should all be in the same place at least for a few hours ))

I grin when I find a proper blazer, this'll definitely help me blend in, I think to myself as I put them on to see if they fit. I nod, satisfied and look in the mirror. Well, as much as I love the pink in my hair that isn't exactly Model Citizen material. I ruffle my hair to get the brown to cover it up and pull on a beanie. Better strange fashion choices than outright, "Here I am, an Abberation."

I put on my dress for the third time that day and took it off once more. It was a blue with silver work on the top a black waist, and white lace sleeves. Mom came in my room. "You know, you don't have to if you don't want to." She whispered so that no one but I could hear. I looked at her shocked. "Never mind. Put the dress on. You look absolutely stunning with it on than off."
I smiled as she left and put the dress on again for the last time. Mom came back and fixed my hair so that half of it was tied and the rest was down over my shoulders. "Ready?"
I nodded and went down to the car, ready to be taken to my match.

I walk home and mom and dad are at the table, eating their dinners. Mom looks up when I come in. She smiles. "Hi, honey. Your dress arrived a few minutes ago. It's looking fabulous!" This was mom's first time seeing the dress, since she wasn't there when I picked it. Her eyes dart up to the tiara on my head. "Mackenzie," she asks cautiously, "Where did you get that ?" I see a hint of worry in her eyes. I look to dad, still smiling, his face without a trace of worry. "I found it," I say. "On the beach. I'm wearing it to the Match Banquet." Even though we're only allowed one artifact. Who cares ? This isn't an artifact, anyways. It's an accessory. I look at myself in my compact mirror. Another artifact. Also illegal."It's beautiful. It's rare. It's fit for a queen." I say, and mom smiles once again. "I suppose you can. Come now, let's eat and get you ready!"

Once we're finished eating, we don't even bother to throw the foilware into the recycling tube. We hurry to my room to get the dress. I glow when I see it. "It's beautiful," I breathe. "It's just as perfect as the first time." I reach out and touch its fabric, soft and light. I slip it on and put my hair up high on my head and look into the mirror. I place the tiara carefully on my head. "Now, don't I look like a queen ?"



(Gonna create another character soon. Also, Angel, no cars, air trains. Just to clear things up.)
