I just logged in for the day right before 11:00pm CST and still received the outfit. I seem to recall not too long ago that Sarah said they were going to extend the time and/or make gifts like this available for 24 hours to accommodate players from all over the world.

It's a lovely outfit and I'm glad I was able to receive it - and that other variations are in the OMD Basics store. :-)
