I think these were the items that got removed from the game actually. Not being sold anymore :(

There were a few 'gloves' that could come in handy as a replacement though. Need to find them.

if i'm not mistaken, similar arms are sold at the flash store now. it was open recently, so it'll take a few months before we get that store again.

Also, why do some items say "not for sale"?

Yep, i've bought one of the arms from the flash store, but they're pretty expensive, especially the one that comes in two parts However, I believe none of the permanent stores sell actual arms/legs except the VIP store, but there are some stockings and gloves that suit very well

Some items are not for sale because they're considered as "rare". Other were removed from the game for various reasons (for example this arm was removed because at that time Feerik didn't like body parts being sold in stores as it looked like an "horror museum"; or like guns were removed from Basics because of the behavior of some dollz with this item) and there's no way to get them back. :/
