if you have gift certificates, you can give gifts to other players using the "offer a gift" icon below their condo. (white parcel with red ribbon)

It's really up to you as to what you do with them. Have some contests and other fun things. Or just randomly hand them out to people that you feel deserve them. Or just save them for a rainy day.

Open some contests or something. Give it to your closest friends or you could start a club or something OR have one of those raffles and the prize is A gift.
