Jury President job?

I haven't really been paying attention to event details with all the recent bugs but today while I was looking at talents I noticed the new Jury President job. The description says "This collector job has been obtained in a game event!" but I don't remember anything about this. Where did this come from?

By completing this event, finishing all five parts, the $8 Jury job is given.
