If you have filled out a *support ticket but have NOT yet received a reply/solution, use this forum to report ONLY the following information:

- Ticket ID (example:  CXP-401283)
- the nickname of the account that created the ticket

The French GM will look into these as she is able to.

If you are having problems changing your hair after you have done a flirting level in the game, you will need to report it here and indicate which hair you are needing to get.

**Please note that the French GM will be checking this thread as she can, and will try to do so with some regularity.
