Hello everyone

I am sorry I could not answer you before, but the transfer had been more complicated than expected ... We had planned a transfer system that seemed to work but after doing tests with our own accounts, it was found that some elements were not conclusive enough ...

To put it simply: some elements on the Facebook version have names or locations in the database that are different from those of the other versions, which prevented the transfer of these elements.

This caused some concern and we did further testing to make sure that the transfers were functional and lossless for you. It was vital to put in place a functional system because otherwise it would have been complicated to find the gaps each time. What is now ready!

Here is how the transfers will go:

The receiving account must be "new", which means that it must have been created after the announcement of December 17, 2020. There will be no merging of accounts with an older account .
You can register on the server that will be more suitable for you, depending on your language.

During the transfer, here is what will be transferred:

- the makeover of your dollz
- your leftover $$$, Fee'z, gift vouchers
- your OhMyGames tokens and points
- your item multipliers
- your reels
- your characteristic points
- your dollz and loft votes numbers
- your kindness score
- your access to stores if you have one active
- your coins
- your items (pink inventory tab)
- your QSJ

Please note that for these transfers, the items you have will disappear from your account on Facebook to appear on the new account . Don't be panicked if you see them disappear on Facebook.
The team will keep track of your items before the transfer, so in case of concerns or doubts we can answer you for how much you have of each item precisely.

Once this transfer has been validated for these elements, it will no longer be possible to redo a transfer. Your items acquired on Facebook after this date will no longer be recoverable, there will be no need to work or buy new items once the transfer has been validated by our team on your account.


Special transfers (which will require manual intervention from the team):

- your VIP status and VIP history
If you are currently VIP, we will make sure you are right awaysubscribed again during the transfer, but the total days, loyalty weeks and specific remaining days will require manipulation by the programmer.
For this aspect, you may be able to provide a screenshot of your VIP page for faster processing, but it won't be mandatory.

- your levels and your permanent dredges will be redone "manually" to return to your Facebook level (without losing $$$ for your purchases)
During this manipulation, your levels will be done one by one (this is the only way) and maybe take a little while. You may see movements on your account during this phase. Do not touch anything so as not to disturb the system.

- your personal creations: the creations that you have sewn can be given to you, but this will be manual and can be shifted in time at a convenient moment for the team (probably a Monday or a Tuesday)

- your purchased creations: for at the moment we have not found a way to recover your purchased creations, we are trying to do it but it is complicated on your version.
A credit can be made for your purchased creations if you provide a screenshot of your creations inventory (you must see your nickname at the top of the menu avatar) with the IDs of the creations that are not yours (click right with the mouse on the image of the creation and provide me with the link of the image)

- professions and talents: you will have to check that they have arrived on the new account, it is complicated for these elements because the conditions are different for each.

- your loyalty card of the bank being can not be transferred: it will provide us a screenshot of it and we will make a move during the transfer. As the card is 150 Fee'z for 10 stamps, we will credit you 15 Fee'z per stamp on your current unconfirmed card.


What will not be able to be transferred:

- your room decorations, you will have to redo them (we are sorry, we have done everything to avoid this but impossible to transfer the Flash of the parts)
- your quest history (it will start from zero even if you will have the gifts of those you had already made)


Here, I wanted to talk to you in detail about what will happen, to reassure you but also to be clear with you.
It sounds complicated but everything will be okay for everyone, and the team will do their best to help every player with this transfer.

To provide the screenshots you will need to provide them to me via private message, do not post anything private from your account to any public place (neither forum nor Facebook page)
