The Doll Gifts--- "This is not a gift"

When trying to give one of the little dolls to someone, the message I got was "This is not a gift"

I was looking forward to giving out those little dolls :(

Getting the same issue. And my friend wanted to give me some dolls too but when I checked nothing had arrived. so... global as usual.
