The French server has been back since late this morning. Sometimes the other servers lag, but usually not this long. My guess is that there is a glitch. I added a Google-translated comment. :)

Not just under the shops tab, in my things some of the shops don’t show, including basics. And their items aren’t all showing up.

I believe that now that the shops are back, the items tagging indicating the shop where you purchased it isn't working properly. For example, many items I bought in the VIP store, when I place the mouse over it, it does not show that I bought it in the VIP store, but they are from another shop like Basics.

looks like they fixed this one yesterday
