I believe to access or play anything in the OhMyGamez area where the OhMyBoutique is located, requires Flash to work.  And Flash is long gone so until they figure out something to make that area work, we can't access that area.  And if you have the VIP, you still get a certain amount of tokens per week even though we can't use them.
