The votes finally reset about 7:30am central time. "Sarah" commented on the thread at the French forums if anyone wants to view it.

The weekly votes have not reset yet, same thing on the French server.  Also, the person who won the fashion show for second place has let me know she didn't receive her winnings of 60 DB.  She's been keeping track of how much she has and knows from that.
