It is possible that this is due to a technical aspect of the objects linked to the fact that the sale comes from before the release in store.

Thank you, I had noticed that and I had passed that info onto other players who had given up on even checking to see if it had been fixed.  I guess I forgot to come in here to update my original post.

We found the reason for the outfit not being displayed on other players' visuals, and the test had worked well on the arm. But with all the Halloween-related events and the holiday day, our team hadn't been able to fix the other items.

We've made a note of how to rectify this, and we'll be taking care with future preview sales to make sure it doesn't happen again.

The outfit is now available in the store, which has corrected the problem for all these items.
