Okay uhh don't vote for mine because I don't have anything in my loft...They're all in the attic...but I suggest for you to make your loft look less messy do what I did before I purchased the attic:
Take everything you don't want to show and put it in the farthest lower corner any side by "holding" it from the blank space in the select mode. It makes the loft look cleaner and you can out stuff you don't want away. To get them back, just go to "My Things" and move it to your loft. Then it comes up on your loft like the way as if you just bought something.

But anyways about the condo:

1) Getting wallpaper and flooring should be your FIRST priority

2) Make a them for your condo, the items that you don't need put it in a corner, or the attic (I put mine in the corners)
