Veranda
Is it me or has the background of the Veranda changed. I swear that all you could see through the windows was beach. Now there's a whole lot of jungle.

Yes it did. Yesterday it was nothing but blue water when looking through the windows. But I kinda like it better like this.

That is SO weird!
I do like it, though. I wasn't sure when I first looked at it, but I guess it makes more sense, that you would have jungle first, and then the jungle thins out and you can see the beach.
I really like the room.

Personally, I prefer the minimalist Mediterranean villa look to the just-added jungle.
If I had already completed the adventure, and found it changed after-the-fact... I would be disappointed. Alternately, if I had chosen the Japanese Palace ending based on the original Veranda room appearance, but preferred the update... that could also be problematic.
I agree... it would be wonderful if you could choose your roomscape (like the Beach and Terrace), especially since the modifications happened mid-adventure.
There are pictures posted on the French forum showing the addition of the jungle, plus the room setback... I couldn't find the original image. They also changed Naoki's character, according to the post... but I didn't want to use someone's personal image without permission. I thought that change was an improvement ^.^
