I can now see the extension part of the room on Anyamalfoy's doll but on mine it's still the version without the extension.  I did this quest last year, I don't know why it didn't give me the extension.  I even tried logging out & logging back in.  In a second, I'll try logging in by using Chrome.

I thought it was a bit odd that we didn't get an extension.  Right now in my Christmas room, the... lets just call him a Yeti (since I can't spell at this moment) is at the edge of my screen.

I had not noticed that until you mentioned it.  I've done this quest so far on my main and on Fionadane and on Fiona's, there's nothing listed for a talent but it's there.  On my main, it's just the one I already had which was the "add 1DB" per day.  We'll have to keep an eye out on that.

I looked at AnyaMalfoy's Christmas room with two different computers/servers and the background of the extension is white for both. Geez, does this mean I'll have to delete cookies and such for BOTH computers? (I haven't done the quest, yet, just to note.)

I really like the prizes, especially when I saw the girl in the blue winter outfit with black hair. When I saw it, I thought: "Oh my gosh! It's Taelia from Neopets!" (She's a Snow Faeire.)

If feels like I just did the North Pole quest last weekend, so only doing the first few steps of this one.  Nice to see the Talents feature come again, but I wish it was utilized more often.

For those having problems seeing the extension in the Christmas Room:

All I can suggest is to clear your cache, cookies, etc. Also, make sure your flash player is up to date.  Until the GM is back, there's not much more the mods. can do to help with this issue. (Unless a more tech savvy mod. has another idea?) :)

UPDATE:  I think we both posted at the same time, Anya. Lol

I'm on IE and my extension is fine. (Just FYI.)

I use Firefox and Google Chrome. I got rid of the cookies on chrome, but the extended part of the room is still a blank background.

Update: Okay, so I just got rid of a week's worth of Cache for Google Chrome, and the background is now there. Hallelujah! I can even see my new avatar (that wasn't showing properly, too.) So for me, it was the cache. Now I need to do Firefox...
