Hello, CrystalWaters from the US Server, and I've got a problem

for the past 3-4 weeks, it seems that the my window for the OhMyLoft contest has been frozen. because of this, it would not let me register at all, it has been stuck on the same theme and my loft picture that I summited. i'm not sure if anyone else has this problem, but I just want to put it out there.
