Where do you find the theme for the new Fashion Show? They used to tell what the next theme was and what items were needed and what was not allowed! Where do you find this now?

Also, why can I see and vote for the Fashion Shows but not the FS for the room? I can't enter or vote for anyone in the fashion show for the room!
