Can't select transparent items in Unity

i was dressing my alt up for valentine's day, but the skirt i chose for her (stuck at the top left corner of the screen and shown below) is a bit transparent and can't be selected or moved. all the other more opaque tops i chose to try as a match could be moved freely.

has anybody tested flash with the ruffle browser extension? because if ruffle works for this site, it could be enabled on the site's end and not require the users to install anything. but i think ruffle still has transparency issues.

edit: made the link go to the room where the skirt is, in case i decide to dress her up elsewhere and added image of the skirt

Try pressing your Shift button while hovering your mouse over the item. The item should then be surrounded by a green outline which will change to orange, showing that you can now grab it.
