Did you go to the little i in a circle under your avatar? There should be a line that reads, "Delete My Account". It's right under the 'Accept' button.

And then it sends deleting confirmation e-mail that you have to confirm so you can delete account. I may can be wrong.

That is the old way to delete your account. If you would like to delete your account now follow the steps that are below.
For you to delete an account you will need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page once you do that you will see My account, click on that and then you should see Delete my account.
