I didn't even notice how weird it was so I had to go try it out in my 'house.'
I have no idea why it is like that...maybe it was a coding error.
You know I was thinking the same thing. Maybe it is supposed to be a door way that sticks out, but then again It's really hard to tell.
Check out Sarah's 2nd Living room on the french site to see how she's used it. (Move Left when the room loads.) ;)
It's meant to be an entry way into another (implied) room, where all we can see is the bit of chair and the table. (It also provides "depth" to a room.) :)
Which store is it in?

(P.S. Notice Sarah is using it with the new wallpaper that has a horizontal line that falls in line with the shorter windows on either side of the 'doorway'. It blends in really nicely in her room because of that. I'm not sure how it would look with plain or patterned wallpaper, but it might work too.)

Now I see... too bad one has to change your wallpaper to get that to look right.
