"I am fine!" I said, giving him a smile
Dante:
"...How fine?"
Lily:
"Headache is gone, no longer as tired." I replied kissing him, "That fine."
Dante:
"...Fine enough to waltz?"
Lily:
I raised a eyebrow, "Waltz?"
Dante:
"Yeah...Soft music and we dance under the moon light?"
Lily:
I shook my head, smiling, "Be careful.. I can beat your butt at classic dancing to."
Dante:
I laughed and got up, then took her hand and took her to the upper floor and to the terrace. After turning on some soft music, I took her by the waist as we started waltzing, "...Hello."
Lily:
I couldn't stop smiling like an idiot as we danced..."So no more swimming for me huh?" I asked, teasingly.
Dante:
I thought for a second, "I might allow you to swim for a few minutes...as long as I'm with you..."
Lily:
"So taking girls up on a terrace, and dancing under the moonlight.. Who taught you this move?...I doubt it was the pyro.." I said smiling.
Dante:
I chuckled, then brought her closer to me and whispered in her ear, "Would it be too cheesy if I said my heart?"
Lily:
I let out a little laugh as he pulled me closer, "Maybe... But at least I know our son will have perfect manners with girls."
Dante:
"Oh believe me he will. I'll teach him all about romance," I said kissing her on the neck, "I think though...he won't need much of my help...He just needs to find the perfect girl like I did and his heart will lead the dance."
Lily:
I kissed him, and when we parted I was smiling even bigger, "I love you." I whispered.
Dante:
"And I love you, my woflie."
Lily:
I laid my head on his chest as we danced back and forth. Then my heart sank.
"Crap.." I muttered.
Dante:
"What?" I asked confused, "Did I do something wrong?"
Lily:
"No... I think that stupid ultrasound or whatever is tomorrow.." I muttered, "I think I'm getting a cold actually..."
Dante:
"Oh...It's tomorrow?...And no you're not sick. You're just worried...Don't you want to see our little baby?"
Lily:
"Yes...Sort of.." I said, sheepishly, "Scared that the kid might be missing a leg or what not.. I don't know..."
Dante:
"Don't say that! And I think he'll be just fine. Besides, we'll love him no matter what."
Lily:
"For the future... I vote for a goldfish for a first pet..." I said
Kane:
"Ultrasound tomorrow? Intriguing." I said as I came up out of nowhere.
Dante:
"Goldfish? hmmm How about tropical fish instead? I want the best for our son." I looked at Kane, "I take it you're coming, Pyroboy."
