"Hey! Cleo's a good person. Just because you don't like her doesn't mean she's a bad person." I quickly shut my mouth. "Nevermind." I mumbled. I was embarrassed by how much I talked. I didn't know if I was yelling, but it felt like it. Why don't I think things through?

He blew a kiss at the Irinil and Cleo before looking back at me, "How about this? If you win, you can come back to the clan."
I narrowed my eyes at him, "And if you win...?"
Theo smirked, "Remember what you, father and I talked about? You will do it."
I paled remembering what he mentioned, then swallowed my fear and proudly said, "Deal."
Without any more words, he disappeared and the fire started cackling again.
(...I seriously want her to lose the bet...There's a person I can't wait to bring up.)

The arguing, the pressure it's all become a too much to keep pretending to be calm. I couldn't take it anymore. I let my rage take over again, standing abruptly, I transformed my hands into long swords and held them directly at Theo's throat. "I have had it up to here dealing with unwelcome guests!" I quickly glanced at Makiah "You have no place amongst my guild and if you dare to insult one of my comrades, or even think about laying a single finger on them, I will remove that pretty little head if yours without hesitation."

Seeing Rieful angry like that was the closest thing we've ever had in common...Theo merely laughed and disappeared...and I just grew silent. Irinil talked to me( At least I think so. She's always mumbling. I had no idea if she was talking to me or to Cleo) and I hid any emotions from my face, "I can take him or anyone else on. I am not going to just cower in fear from competition..."

And with that, I walked to the side and rested my head on the wall of the cave, "Good night."

"Verene, what is…" My eyes closed and I drifted into sleep before I could finish my question.

I breathed in deeply, lowered my hand-swords and looked at Verne. "I was talking about you too. We may not get along what-so-ever but you are a part of my family now." I closed my eyes and took another deep breath "I'll do anything in my power to help you win wether you like it or not."
"And deal with the fluffy talk" I mumbled.

I stayed awake thinking about Theo. I couldn't sleep when he was there in my reach. I shook my head. I can't let myself dwell on him and what happened between us.
Gevesha:
I jerked myself up. Most of them were still awake, so I must not have been asleep very long.
It was the same dream. Me, chasing blindly after someone, but I finally catch them, and their not who I wanted, and kill me. I wake up before I die, of course.
I looked at Cleo. She seemed troubled. "Are you alright?" I asked.
Irinil:
I tried to force myself to sleep. Of course I couldn't. I was raised to be a night owl. I took a rock from beside me and started carving into it with a stick I had made of metal. It was something I did to pass time.
Gevesha:
I looked between Iree and Cleo. "Are you alright, Iree?"
Iree:
I look up at Gevesha and nodded my head. "I dont really sleep at night."
Gevesha:
"Ah. Good for you. Sleep is filled with horrors and rotten memories."
Iree:
I chuckled. "I didnt say i dont sleep at all. Just not at night."
Gevesha:
I smiled. "Oh, yeah. Stupid me for not thinking that."
Iree:
"At least some of us are having a nice sleep." I said looking at Rieful. "Umm what about you? I didnt think you'd be awake. Got something on your mind?"
