When i was younger, Christmas was the best time of the year. In my family, we never has the money to toys throughout the year so it was always amazing to get a bunch of toys at once, even if they were under a false person. When I was 7, I snuck down the steps and found out who "Santa" really was. I used to not be able to sleep at night and stay up the whole next day. It was a wonderland.

Growing up, things that I like and have wanted became more expensive so I got less and less gifts at Christmas. As my family grew, the presents shrank. Now it's just another day to prove how poor we really are. I don't care too much for it.

I'm happy because I get to see the smiles on the little ones faces when they open their presents. It's hard to get an expression out of me when I open mine.

Okay. So it's almost the same feeling. I have it too. I still think it's just because living in an era with such advanced tech and the feeling of wanting more than we can get. But for some reason I still feel happy.
