•If you use the desktop version of IE 10  Flash content runs only if the domain hosting that content is listed on Microsoft's Compatibility View list.

Meaning if Feerik doesn't try to add itself to the white list, you can't view it....FEERIK!

WAIT I think you can view it. Hold on a sec! Ignore what I said earlier.

Okay. Apparently...If your surface is updated, then it should allow you to most flash websites without any problems.

“As we have seen through testing over the past several months, the vast majority of sites with Flash content are now compatible with the Windows experience for touch, performance, and battery life. With this update, the curated Compatibility View (CV) list blocks Flash content in the small number of sites that are still incompatible with the Windows experience for touch or that depend on other plug-ins.”

Make sure it's up to date though. Make sure that the update that came out in March is installed on it. If it is, then this means that only 3% o websites might not be able to run...Hopefully OMD is not one of them.
