Beacon Academy is a facility for training teams of fighters to slay the various monsters that plague Remnant. The academy is run by I, Professor Ozpin.

Students with the aspiration to become Hunters, whose duty is to keep the peace within the world, strive to attend Beacon. In order to be accepted into Beacon, students must go to special schools in order to be trained in combat or on special occasion, be invited to the school after showing exceptional skill

Rules:

- Limited to only 4 OC's per person. (This allows teams to be formed)
- General RP rules
- Be creative
- Don't be silly

Terms and Descriptions:

Aura: It is the force within one'self, the voice in your head and that gut feeling. An aura is unique in strength and in colour.
Dust: Dust is the very essence of weapons. It comes in a variety of different states too, and embodying them to weapons allows a unique combination of power. Dust can be used for spellcasting instead of using weaponry. Dust is also highly explosive, so careful!
Faunus: A faunus is a human that has animal traits such as a tail, ears, horns or claws. In this world, Faunus are descriminated against, thus most react to using crime to seek equality.
Semblence: A semblence is a trait unique to a person, which is controlled by their aura.
White Fang: The White Fang was once a peaceful organisation of Faunus who seek equality. After their leader has stepped down, the successor transformed the organisation into a fierce cult using violent means.

Tips:

- All characters are named after colours, the sound of a colour or an attribute they embody (ie Ruby Rose - red rose, Yang Xiao Long - Yellow fire dragon)
- All weapons have a long and short range options.
- Weapons can be in any form, so don't be afraid to be adventurous (ie. Umbrella, Scythe, Sword, Shoes, etc)
- Teams are comprised of 4 people and will be given a name based on the letters of their name (ie JNPR/Juniper - Jaune, Pyrrah, Nora, Ren)
- The average age of admissions is 17/18 unless on a rare occasion.
- A semblences can be anything, so be creative (ie, magentism, speed, strength, vibrations)

For an easier understanding, I reccommend you watch RoosterTeeth's RWBY. It is avaliable on YouTube, 2 and a half hours long and a good watch (if you can look past the animation style)
