Made A "Pie"

I was craving for something sweet  but since we don't have an oven I couldn't bake anything. So I was looking for no bake desserts and most of them were just like crackers with cream and fruit sandwiched between. And then I was struck with an idea - Oreo with ice-cream.

But like a pie. O.o

Cause I really wanted to use this pie tin thing my mom bought..

And she also brought Nutella and that got involved too.

First I took the Oreo and mashed them up and added milk. I was sorta hoping it wouldn't become all gooey but I guess that's what happens when you add MILK to Oreo. It was all gooey like cake mixture. I added Nutella thinking it might thicken up a little bit buuut it didn't. It tasted like heaven though (I liked the entire bowl clean) and I totally forgot to take a pic.
Then I let it freeze and spread Nutella and I might pour some over the entire thing when I'm done - the more the merrier! - here's a pic:

And then I put ice-cream over that:

Aaaaand I have no idea how it tastes like cause it's in the freezer right now but I will post that after I do taste it.

Heaven for me. Hell for my mom cause she's diabetic. I'm mean. :P

Think it'll taste good? And if ya have any no-bake desserts then post it cause I've been obsesses with sweet stuff lately. That and cheese bread <3

..

So final product:

It was delicious.

Re: Made A "Pie"

Malu - I love no-bake things, particularly in the summer when it's a bajillion degrees and waaayyyyy too hot to turn on the oven.
Do you like/are-not-allergic-to peanut butter? Because I've made this a few times and it tastes soooo much like Reese Chocolate Peanut Butter thingies:

Ingredients
1 cup butter melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners’ sugar (aka powdered sugar)
1 cup + 4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (I just use regular semi-sweet chocolate chips, because I prefer dark chocolate to milk)

Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 inch pan. (could do in a 9X9 square pan because I wanted them thicker) In the microwave (or in a saucepan over very low heat - we don't keep a microwave around - takes up too much space), melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring every 30 seconds until melted until smooth. Spread over the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.

(recipe from SixSistersStuff)

It is soooooo yummy. I mean, if you're a chocolate-peanut butter person, like I am. One of my favourite things!
