Mother Christmas talent not showing up

So far I've done this quest on my main doll and Gretalmcdane.  The talent has shown up for gretal but not for my main doll.

So far, it's still not showing up on my main doll.  And if the gift certificate phase is only until a certain amount of days... I'll get cheated out of some.  Lets see how far I get by submitting a ticket, with Christmas coming up.

I haven't heard anything at all on the ticket I sent in on this.  Days are going by and I'm missing out on getting any Gift Certificates on my main doll :(

A week or so ago, they credited me with 21 gift certificates but the Mother Christmas Talent was never fixed.  I replied to THAT ticket again, and they said they'd check into that.  Meanwhile.... each day is still going by and I'm not able to receive anymore gift certificates.  The other dolls that I had done this quest on are receiving their GC's, just not mine.
