I was doing the new spring/winter quest . And paid 100$ for path while others are paying 10$
I would like to have 90 $ credited please.
It also happened to me on my alt Ghalandriel,I would like to know how to submit a ticket for this ...or just posting it here would be enough..?
Go to the NEWS Forum under the Quest Secret Garden thread. FairyKisses tells about this problem and what to do. She's really good at taking care of us and all the bugs that happen and reporting them. I was lucky I caught this and stopped at that step.
Just so everyone knows, it's not just in the quest (which says $100 db) but also in the actual STORE, which does state $10. Something I didn't realize until I bought it for a room on The-Last-Mimzy. If a mod/GM could update this when it's fixed so that the quest can be done, I'd appreciate it!
I stopped the quest at the point where the road piece is $100db. That was earlier today. It is now turn over and nothing has been done. What's up?
If you all spent the 100$ on that item please submit a ticket.
Will this be fixed or do we have to buy it at 100db and then submit a ticket and wait to get the refund?
I have already reported this and lets hope it will be fixed tomorrow.

I still have not been credited 90DB on my account either, and I've sent in a ticket & replied to it.
Any suggestion as to how to get them to refund the 90DB? (sent a ticket in a couple of days ago, or was it yesterday?)

I've only sent two. I have not even gotten a reply to my email. I'm seriously annoyed at this. Strange that others have gotten their money back and we have not...
I sent in a second ticket (the first one, I replied to it two times) and got an automated reply. Still no other word. And I do agree, it's irritating. I don't understand why others were refunded and not everyone. I'm NOT spending my feez to finish this quest, which I really want to, when they owe me 90DB!!

I'm hoping I get my money back before another quest comes out that I really want to finish. I'll be very annoyed if I'm short money because of this bug. You would think crediting $90 back to accounts would be a easy fix...

March 29: Never recieved any money back....I'm super PISSED OFF. I'm sorry but it should take Feerik almost two weeks to fix this. I've sent 4 tickets, no answer.

Update: Yup, still no reply or my money back. Well it's starting to look like I won't ever get my 90DB back...
