ru.ohmydollz really need help!

I'm so sorry, but russians admins don't help, i hope here we get help, so why at russian version dont show some shops (like dollz story and vip shop)?
And we have bug when we play ohmydollz app athttp://ok.ru, we come to app and instead of our doll we see another doll (her nickname at russian version Наталия Витальевна)

And we hope you can contact with our russian admins and ask they to do something please!!!

Have you tried to submit a ticket with these issues, which should go to the company that is based in France.
