I also think there might be some stuff missing among the gifts in the 5th step of the quest.
The promo image looks like this and shows a full outfit:
But we're actually not getting the shoes and the tassels from the belt.

Those boots either have black at the top or the black part might be separate items.

There are several footstools missing as well as maybe a rug? Not sure on the rug.

If you mean the footstools from the picture above then I believe you have to buy them yourself since they're avaliable in the store. As well as the chandeliers and the windows that go with this whole scene.
EDIT: Okay, I think I misunderstood you. I guess you meant the golden table-like-thing and the pink-golden rug. Sorry for that. And yeah, they appear twice on the promo pictures.
