Dethrone: No multipliers added
On jilliedane, she received the room which is how it should have been. One Loreenamcdane who had the room... it said she received 14 multipliers, which she did not. Also, my main doll sierradane did not receive them either. I had 47 and I still have 47. I should now have 61.

The same thing happened on my main account Zarinen. I had 36 multiplier to start with and at the end of the quest I should've got the extension instead it said 14 multiplier but never received the multiplier still at 36 with what I began with.

Is there even an option to get the multipliers? I mean, I didn't notice anything about it in the news topic.

I don't believe so, but when they've had quests like this in the past where you would get one of three:
room-- if you didn't have it
extension of room-- if you didn't have it
multipliers--if you had the room and extension
That message popped up while doing the quest. They included it in their coding. If they didn't want to include that option in this quest or event, they shouldn't have left it in or added it.
Evidently, even though on my main doll it said that I received 14 multipliers (making my sleepy mind think, "Hey! I already had the extension! Where's my multipliers!), it actually gave me the extension. I'll check on my other doll.

I see, and I think it's simply a matter of a "leftover" code that added the multiplier message at the end of the flirt. This new extension is so big (almost like twice the original room) that it adds extra space even if you already had an extension there. So yeah, a rather confusing bug but it doesn't really do much harm.

Hmmm, so I wonder if extensions of extensions will become more commonplace in the future, with two stars indicating an extension instead of one?
