I received it because I logged in on what would have been early evening on July 14 French time (noon CT). By the time they posted the news on the US server, it was already July 15, so it was a day late, a dollar short. I did not log in on any of my other dolls until July 15 French time, so I received nothing on those dolls.
It is in my Flatmate room if anyone wants to buy it from there.

All of my dolls logged in each day! lishjo, joeili, buddybear, bearlyme and grandmajoy did not receive this gift!

On the french forum link, it says they gave the item to the players who posted in that thread.
