Purple Butterfly dress gift
Is this a gift just for those with VIP? My main doll, who has the VIP, got it but none of my other dolls did.

It's a gift for finishing all of the 8 Carnival mini quests a while back. It is a very belated gift that a lot of people didn't get before and you can get it only if you've finished all of the 8 steps.
