During the lookbook, at the final stage, the player can win the room. If the player already has the room, he will win the extension. And only if the player already has the extension, he will win item multipliers.
After verification, your account information indicates that you had obtained the room extension.
Did you have this extension before making the book?
The important thing is the visual of the gifts displayed before validating the final step. Sometimes, once the final step is validated, the gift displayed can be the wrong one and making you believe that you should have gotten the multipliers when you actually got the expansion.
