I am experiencing this as well.  Frustrating to say the least.

I posted about it in the bugs forum at the French forum.  I added that it doesn't have anything to do with what browser used and clearing the cache or cookies won't help since the French site works just fine.

For some reason right now, the US Server is loading extremely slow.    I can start a page on each server at the same time  (with the French page started about a half second later) and the French page loads within a second or less.  Each page refresh on the US Server takes about 15 second per refresh.  And this is on the same browser: Chrome.  It doesn't matter what browser is used, it's the same thing on each browser. To go to a doll's page and vote for the doll then the loft, on the US Server is taking about 47 seconds where on the French server to do the same thing takes about 8 seconds.  It is working just fine on the French server but not on the US Server, so it has nothing to do with what browser is used and clearing the cache or cookies will not help.  Any other website I open and load, loads normal just like the French Server loads normally.  It is just  the US Server that is having the issue.  Also, I don't think it has anything to do with the VIP/Fashion show issue since it's not happening on the French Server, just the US Server.

Others on the US Server are experiencing this as well.
