Goggles, heard of it? =)

So, there's an open-source program called "Goggles" it lets you draw on most if not all webpages and you can see everyone else's drawings.
It's really cool and you don't have to download anything.
Have you guys heard of it?

No download, just google "goggles draw on webpages" because I'm not sure if I know the site url.
It's something like goggle.sneakygcr.com/net or something?

All you have to do is drag the goggles button into your bookmark bar and when you press the button, TADA! Let the insanity of webpage drawing, comence!

I found it yesterday ^^ OMG!! It's perf!!! I think I spent an hour on websites just doodling
