so, not only you need to pay to have limited time access to items like this you also have a time limit to buy them even being VIP!?

YEAH! More exclusive, limited items!

I think they need to create a second hand or consignment shop since they have all this exclusive items that are really expensive. In real life, when the rich and fabulous get tired of their items, they might bring them into a fancy consignment shop for average folk to buy. I'm average and willing to wait a few months to get today's latest fashion.
