Or, you can wait until Christmas time and do a quest where you can earn elves ears. Although I'm not sure if they're changing the quest a little this year. Hopefully and surely you may earn elf ears.

Wait forwinter when there will be Xmas shop and there you can buy elf ears for 3$$$
