According to various YouTube comments, the people who actually write the show want it to be Natsu and Lucy. But lots of other people who work on the show want it to be Natsu ans Lisana. BUT I'm pretty sure that the end result will be Natsu and Lucy, if they even give an end result. (Plus the majority of shipers or NaLu fans.)
