lvl 15 pick the job top model not working

I have selected the top model job but it will not let me level up it says I still need to do it. I tried a couple days ago and then again today and it is still not working.

Have you tried picking different levels of the top model job (4$, 5$ or 6$)?

I really have to spend my points to level up top model on the one thing I don't need for my career choice X_X
