Umm, I dont know if this is a bug but.. I want to purchase feez by Philippine Currency before the quest ends but it is still in request. Can I get a mod or a developer to approve my request? i really want to finish the 2nd ending of the quest :(

I've just checked and you were located in the USA, I changed the country to Philippines but I need you to confirm if it has worked.
